V laboratoriju pride do usodne nesreče, v kateri se okrožni tožilec Harvey Dent spremeni v zloveščega Two-Facea z razcepljeno osebnostjo. Kmalu se dvolični nepridiprav poda na zločinski pohod, zato morata Batman in Robin zopet združiti moči in razkrinkati njegovo skrivnostno identiteto, medtem ko se soočita z več drugimi sovražniki.
