Slovenski opis filma:

Pred nami je tretji film, v katerem je režiser Robert Rodriguez uporabil lik legendarnega revolveraša s kitaro El Mariachija. Tako kot v Desperadu je tudi tokrat glavno vlogo prevzel Antonio Banderas, poleg njega pa v filmu nastopajo še Salma Hayek, Johnny Depp, Mickey Rourke. Po izgubi žene in hčerke se Mariachi umakne v samoto. Nekega dne ga skrivnostni agent ameriške obveščevalne službe Sands najame, da bi preprečil umor mehiškega predsednika, ki ga je naročil mafijski šef Barillo. Mariachi s tem dobi priložnost, da se maščuje človeku, ki mu je ubil družino.
