Slovenski opis filma:

Legendarni revolveraš in mož postave Divji Bill Hickok se ustali v majhnem mestu Abilene v Kansasu, da bi ubežal svoji burni preteklosti. S spretnim vihtenjem revolverja navduši župana, zato ga ta postavi na mesto šerifa. Divji Bill poskuša vzpostaviti red, a se v mestu kmalu pojavi skupina razbojnikov. Med njimi je vplivni lastnik saluna Phil Poe, kateremu se mora Divji Bill zoperstaviti, pri tem pa mu pomaga Hardin, s katerim se Bill spoprijatelji.
